Christina Ann Sauer is my little sister.  And she is my hero.

Christina was only three months old when her epileptic seizures began.   She’s endured countless drug trials, tests and surgeries, including a partial lobotomy.  She’s dealt with different doctors and tolerated numerous painful procedures over 24 years.

But throughout her ordeals, Christina has kept a big, bright smile on her face and sustained a unique love for music.

She truly is extraordinary.  

And that’s why I started the Concert for Epilepsy: to honor Christina’s passion for music and to raise support for the important work of the Epilepsy Foundation of America.

When you participate in the 6th Annual Concert for Epilepsy, you’re not just helping Christina – you are providing hope to over 3 million people who suffer from seizures across the United States.

Join me for a special night of sharing and musical performances by a special recording artist.  It’s all part of an amazing cause.

With your help, we can improve how people with epilepsy are accepted and valued in society as well as promote research for a cure.  There are numerous ways you can make a difference.

The organization works to ensure they are able to participate in all life experiences; to improve how people with epilepsy are perceived, accepted and valued in society; and to promote research for a cure.
